**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and database management tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
