**Title -**Backend Executive( Logistics)

**Location-**Mohali, Punjab

**Salary**: Upto 30k CTC

**Timings** : 5:30pm to 2:30am

**Working Days**: 5 days working (Sat & sun off).

**Benefits**: Meal provided & cab provided (pick & Drop).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle backend documentation and operational tasks related to logistics.
- Shipment & Delivery Coordination - Track and coordinate shipments, deliveries, and pickups with vendors and clients.
- Compliance & Safety
- with with up-to-date paperwork for all drivers and ensure with all Document verification.
- Documentation Management - Prepare, verify, and maintain invoices, bills of lading, and other logistics documents.
- Vendor & Client Communication - Liaise with transporters, warehouse staff, and clients for updates and issue resolution.
- Coordination
- with internal teams and clients to ensure timely updates.
- Reporting & Record Keeping - Maintain reports for shipments, inventory, and other operational metrics.
- Support Management - Assist senior management with operational planning and logistics strategy.
- Problem Solving - Address shipment delays, damages, or discrepancies promptly.
- Order Processing - Ensure timely processing of orders and update the internal systems accurately.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent **communication skills** (written & verbal).
- Good knowledge of **MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)**.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 0-1 year of experience in backend/operations/logistics (freshers can apply).

**Employment Type**: Full-Time, Permanent.

**In hand**: ₹16,000 - ₹26000 (depends upon interview).
