**Job Title: Backend Executive**

**Location: Mohali**

**Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month**

**Experience: 1 to 2 years**

**Notice Period: 7 to 15 days**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage and update Government Tenders and maintain accurate records.

Handle rail tickets and manage associated administrative tasks.

Maintain and organize government files for smooth accessibility.

Work on Railways and GEM portals for submitting tenders, tracking updates, and ensuring compliance.

Prepare and manage data efficiently using Excel and Word for various reports, tenders, and documentation.

**Requirements**:
1 to 2 years of relevant experience in backend or administrative roles.

Proficiency in Excel and Word is a must.

Experience with government tenders, railway portals, and GEM portals.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage tasks within deadlines.
