**Seeking a skilled Backend Operations Executive for a Herbal product based Company. As a Backend Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of company's backend operations. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to effectively manage processes will contribute to the overall success of our operations.**

**Position**:BackendOperationsExecutive (Only males)

**Location**:Sahnewal, Ludhiana, Punjab

**Qualification**:Graduationorabove

**Experience**:Minimum 2 years

**Job type**:Work fromoffice

**Working days**:Monday to Saturday

**Salary**:Upto 3 LPA + Overtime

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and other data analysis tools
- Knowledge of inventory management techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry

**Responsibilities**:

- To coordinate with Vendors via calls & mails and finalizing contracts
- To prepare, organise, maintain & update records & data
- Assist in handling employees concerns & evaluating work performance
- To look after the training & support to staff for improvement & to optimize workflows
- Assist in the execution of organisation’s policies & procedures
- To handle other day to day administrative tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
