**PVR Cinema -Trillium Mall, Amritsar**

Designation : Service Associate

Experience : Fresher/ Experience

Gender **:Male (Rotational shift)**

Working Hours : 9 (one week off between Monday to Thursday only)

**Age Limit : 18-26 years**

Qualification : +2 / Graduation

Skills / Responsibilities:

- Must be presentable.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Knowledge about basic computer.
- To personally greet the customers and other affluent people at each touch point with correct salutation
- Service on seat, suggestive & Up selling,
- Customer query handling
- GSA gives each guest a personal recognition. This could be in a form of memorizing names of the customers or addressing them with the correct salutations, such as "Miss", "Sir", and “Ma'am".
- They attend promptly to customers queries and assist them with their needs.
- taking effective orders and satisfying the customers
- Box office handling ,ticketing and reporting

**Fresher can also apply**

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
