
Customer Relations and Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management (CRM)**:
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups.
- Handle client inquiries and ensure satisfaction by addressing their needs promptly.
- Provide support and information about the company's services to clients.
- **Tele calling**:
- Conduct outbound tele calling to follow up with leads and close sales.
- Manage customer inquiries and assist in the conversion of leads into clients.
- **Sales Support**:
- Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Manage client data and update CRM systems regularly.
- **Field Work**:
- Meet potential clients in the field for business development.
- Conduct sales visits to close deals, as necessary.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain records, client databases, and prepare reports on sales activity.
- Support the marketing team in lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven experience in client relationship management and sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and handle various client needs efficiently.
**Skills and Attributes**:
- Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation.
- Confidence in telecalling and presenting to clients.
- Willingness to travel for fieldwork when required.
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
