The Events Operations Assistant supports the planning and execution of events by handling logistics, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day of the event.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Event Setup**: Assist in setting up event spaces, including arranging equipment, decorations, and materials.

**Vendor Coordination**: Help communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.

**Logistics Support**: Assist with organizing transportation, accommodations, and guest lists.

**On-site Support**: Help manage the event during setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring everything runs according to plan.

**Administrative Tasks**: Assist with preparing event materials, tracking inventory, and updating schedules.

**Problem Solving**: Address minor issues during the event to ensure smooth operations.

**Team Coordination**: Help manage and direct event staff, volunteers, or contractors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Assign tasks and supervise staff on event day.

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Event Management or related field is a plus).

Some experience in event coordination, hospitality, or a related field.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Good communication skills and a team player.

Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
