Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
- Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
- Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
- Be in charge of hiring personnel (DJs, waiters etc.)
- Coordinate all operations
- Lead promotional activities for the event
- Supervise all staff (event coordinators, caterers etc.)
- Approve all aspects before the day of the event
- Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
- Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports
- Identifying potential customers and generating leads.
- Closing sales deals with prospects.
- Maintaining and nurturing relationships with customers.
- Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and increasing company revenue.
- Demonstrating WE & You Events services to customers.
- Working with team members and other departments.
- Their duties include **attracting new customers to a company, nurturing relationships with them and maximizing the profit**.
- Must know to drive 2 and 4 wheeler.
- Application to be submitted along with photograph, driving license, Aadhar card and 2 references.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
