Responsibilities: - Work on production incident governance, tracking, and management information reporting - Identify patterns into daily root cause analysis finding to generate knowledge documentation for users - Work on creating permanent fixes for frequently occurring incidents. - Take responsibility for the accuracy of data analysis standards for balance sheet reconciliations on Citi daily and Month-end Production process - Implements work flow or process change and redesign basis strong basic understanding of the Genesis Production Environment. - Able to articulate own process along with its key controls and support reasoning with appropriate evidence in assigned area of work. - Communicate with Global L3 teams across multiple locations on the status of the Incident Root cause Analysis - Identify and appropriately highlight / escalate potential issues relating to Incidents with stakeholders - Utilizes understanding of concepts and data Mappings within own area and basic knowledge of other areas to resolve issues that have impact on own area. - Applies understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing objectives. - Provides guidance to lower level analysts. - Directly impacts the business by ensuring the quality of work provided by self and others; impacts own team and closely related work teams. - Directs day-to-day work of junior level employees. - Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup Good to have - Structured Query Language Skills(SQL) - Data Mining and Data Analysis Skills - Knowledge of financial domain. - Knowledge of Abnitio, Informatica, Relational Database Tools **Education**: Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience Min Technology Qualifications: Min 3-6 years of experience in Sql, ETL and Relational Databases Experience of working on dashboards, management reports. - **Job Family Group**: Technology - **Job Family**: Applications Support - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
