**Qualifications and Skills**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work well in a team and individually
- Good problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Knowledge of furniture and interior design is desirable
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic industry

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Assist customers in selecting furniture and provide guidance on products
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about pricing, availability, and delivery options
- Process customer orders and arrange for product delivery or pickup
- Handle complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Assist in organizing and setting up furniture displays and trade shows
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Contribute to creating a positive and welcoming store environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,750.00 - ₹19,250.00 per month
