
Inside Sales Executive

As an Inside Sales Associate, you will play an essential role in converting leads into long-term customers. All leads will be provided by the organization, and your focus will be on nurturing relationships, understanding customer needs, and closing sales. This position is perfect for someone who is self-motivated, enjoys helping others, and is looking to develop a career in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads based on customer needs, budget, and readiness to purchase.
- Follow up with prospective clients to build relationships and move sales forward.
- Provide detailed product/service information and assist in tailoring solutions for clients.
- Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or any client-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- A self-starter with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and succeed in a sales-driven environment.
- Comfortable with English, Hindi and Telugu.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
