**About Us**:
Turn2Web is a revolutionary no-code website builder platform dedicated to empowering businesses, startups, and individuals to create stunning, single-page static websites effortlessly. Our platform is cost-effective, user-friendly, and designed to make online branding accessible for everyone.

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic **Marketing Assistant** who will engage directly with potential customers in real markets to promote our single-page website creation services. This role involves meeting with local businesses, startups, and individuals to explain the benefits of having a professional website and converting these interactions into confirmed orders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **On-field Customer Outreach**: Visit local markets, colleges, coaching centers, and small businesses to promote Turn2Web.
- **Lead Generation & Conversion**: Identify potential customers, present our offerings effectively, and secure orders for single-page websites.
- **Demonstrate Value**: Educate customers on the importance of an online presence and showcase how Turn2Web can help them stand out.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop strong relationships with business owners, freelancers, and startups to create long-term partnerships.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather insights and feedback from potential customers to improve our services and offerings.
- **Reporting**: Maintain records of outreach activities and order details, providing weekly updates to the team.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or above.
- **Experience**: Prior sales, marketing, or customer engagement experience is preferred. Freshers are welcome
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and confident with the ability to close sales.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- **Availability**: Flexible schedule; ability to work in the field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
