**Position Overview**:
The Office Assistant will support the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the NGO. The role involves assisting the management team with documentation, coordination, communication, and logístical support to ensure smooth office functioning.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle routine office tasks such as filing, record keeping, photocopying, and correspondence.
- Assist in maintaining office databases, attendance registers, and project documentation.
- Support in organizing meetings, workshops, and community outreach programs.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely procurement.
- Coordinate with team members, volunteers, and external partners as required.
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and presentations.
- Support HR and Accounts departments with basic data entry and documentation work.
- Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and efficient functioning of the office environment.
**Required Qualifications and Skills**:
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any stream (preferably Commerce or Arts).
- 1-3 years of experience in office administration or NGO operations preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic internet operations.
- Well-organized, punctual, and able to multitask effectively.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.
**Salary range**
upto 20000 ( based on experience and interview)
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
