Accounts Payable Executive

**Location**: Pitampura, Delhi
**Mode of Interview**: Face-to-Face

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification and payment processing.
- Handle Purchase Order (PO) creation and ensure proper approvals and documentation.
- Reconcile vendor accounts, ledger entries, and other financial records.
- Monitor and manage the accounts payable aging report to ensure timely payments.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or queries related to invoices and payments.
- Perform month-end and year-end closure activities related to accounts payable.
- Maintain and update records in SAP with accuracy and compliance with company policies.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in **SAP** for accounts payable and general ledger accounting.
- Hands-on experience with invoice processing and PO creation.
- Strong understanding of reconciliations and vendor management.
- A detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or general ledger accounting.
- Immediate Joiners will prefer.

**Working Conditions**
- Work Schedule: 6 days working.
- Monday to Friday: In-office.
- Saturday: Work from home.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
