Job Title: Accounts Payable Executive Experience: 1–2 YearsSoftware: Zoho BooksJob Summary:We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive to manage vendor payments, reconciliation, and reporting processes within our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience with Zoho Books .Key Responsibilities:Oversee end-to-end accounts payable operations including invoice processing and vendor paymentsManage and record transactions in Zoho Books accurately and timelyMatch invoices with purchase orders and delivery receiptsProcess payments through NEFT, RTGS, UPI, etc., ensuring compliance with internal controlsPerform vendor reconciliation , resolve discrepancies, and maintain ageing reportsCoordinate with vendors for timely documentation, clarifications, and follow-upsSupport month-end and year-end closing activities and assist during auditsGenerate AP reports and provide insights for cash flow planningRequired Qualifications:B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance / Accounting) or equivalent degree1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting rolesProficiency in Zoho Books , MS Excel , and basic accounting systemsStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and time managementExcellent communication and vendor coordination skillsPreferred:Experience in a service-based or SME environmentKnowledge of TDS, GST, and vendor payment cycles
