Accounts Payable Executive is responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments to vendors. This role requires basic accounting knowledge, attention to detail, to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.

**1. Invoice Processing & Payments**
- Verify and process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and approval as per company policies.
- Record invoices in the accounting system and prepare payment schedules.
- Ensure timely payments to vendors while adhering to payment terms.

**2. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination**
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment status, invoice discrepancies, and reconciliation issues.
- Maintain and update vendor records, including tax and banking details.

**3. Reconciliation & Reporting**
- Reconcile accounts payable balances with vendor statements.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and prepare reports on outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices and payment transactions.

**4. Compliance & Documentation**
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations (e.g., GST, TDS, VAT) while processing payments.
- Maintain proper documentation for audit and internal control purposes.

**5. Process Improvement**
- Identify and suggest improvements in AP processes to enhance efficiency.
- Assist in automation and digitization initiatives related to accounts payable.

**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or equivalent).
**Experience**: Minimum 1 year in an Accounts Payable or related finance role.
**Technical Skills**:

- Knowledge of accounting principles and AP processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Tally, )
- Good command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and multitask efficiently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
