**About the Position**

The role of the Communications Donor Reporting Associate will be to drive YDF current and expanding programs require that the Strategic Partnerships and Communications Section have comparable capacity to meet the demand of YDF’s Donor reporting and grant management, Track and monitor Donor wise utilization and compliances, Moreover, the organization requires up-to-date reporting information to support the Senior Management/PM and the Donors.

**Responsibilities**:
This Donor reporting manager will be responsible for all aspects required to prepare YDF donor reports for submission to the Senior Management/PM for final clearance. The officer will also prepare and maintain the necessary information on reports and the reporting process and develop this material in an electronic and sharable mechanism. He/she will support and improve the quality of YDF’s growing donor reporting portfolio by taking up the following:
**Preparation of Donor Proposal Budget**
- Identifies of Outcome/Activity/geography to be pitched for Retail/CSR Donor
- Aligns YDF Budget line item into donor format/Donor Guideline
- Updates PPF (LFA, Gantt, etc) on monthly and quarterly basis

**Management of Donor Reporting**
- Builds an organization wide Donor Dashboard to track and Monitor Donor utilization periodically and provide input/insight to the other stake holders.
- Builds Donor wise Dashboard/PPT to track and Monitor utilization/deliverable and other terms and condition given in the Grant agreement and provide insight to the other stake holder periodically.
- Maintains on-schedule reporting process by coordinating reporting schedule with YDF locations, Departments, and Head office.
- Engages with various stake holders to meet specific donor reporting needs and strengthen reporting processes.

**Donor Reporting Coordination**
- Liaises with Program Lead/manager and provide them complete information of funding of their geography and donor requirement.
- Provides Monthly/quarterly Status of Utilization of grant to concern stake holder and if there is any course correction required.
- Builds monthly/annually deck of various/all the program location wise for donor update

**Communications & field visits with program Stakeholders**
- Collaborates with various internal functions to understand the organization; content YDF creates and various published white papers.
- Coordinates & communicates with donors regarding program update day to day basis.
- Deals with enquiries from external stakeholders, the press, and related organisations if need be.
- Carries out general communications and marketing tasks that may arise in regard to certain events.

**Social Media Updates**
- Creates photo posts and easy-to-produce formats/infographics to create engaging social media content.
- Updates and monitor social media sites and YDF website in co-ordination with our website partners.
- Develops and executes YDF communication strategy across all media, including press to raise YDF profile.
- Manages copywriting and production of key collaterals, presentations, newsletters and other publications including Annual Report.
- Ensures that the communications collaterals are cohesive and coordinated across the organisation.

**Education Qualification / Required Skills & Experience**
- Master’s Degree or equivalent in Social work, Mass communication or other related fields
- 3-4 years of experience in reporting domain
- Added advantage - Experience in preparing donor/funding reports.
- Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Canva, Google Spreadsheets etc.) and advance knowledge of web-based management systems.
