SUMMARY OF THE OVERALL JOB

The Donor Relationship Officer/ Team Leader (Consultant) will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with Mid value donors (MVD) / High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) to secure substantial donations, ensuring sustainable funding for our programs and initiatives.

KEY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Donor Relationship Management:

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNI/MVD donors through regular communication and personalized engagement.

3. Ensure high levels of donor satisfaction by understanding their interests and aligning them with the organizations goals.

4. Fundraising Strategy:

5. Design and implement a comprehensive strategy to attract and retain HNI/MVD donors.

6. Identify potential HNI/MVD prospects and develop tailored proposals to secure their support.

7. Writing content & designing material, collaterals as per the MVD segment requirement

8. Donor Engagement:

9. Plan and coordinate exclusive events, meetings, and visits for MVD/HNI donors to enhance their connection with the organizations mission.

10. Provide regular updates to donors on the impact of their contributions through detailed reports, newsletters, and personal updates.

11. Collaboration and Coordination:

12. Work closely with program teams to gather relevant information and success stories that can be shared with donors.

13. Data Management and Reporting:

14. Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and contributions using the organization's CRM system.

15. Prepare monthly reports on fundraising activities, progress towards targets, and strategic recommendations.

16. Training and Capacity Building:

17. Train and mentor junior staff and volunteers involved in MVD/HNI fundraising activities.

18. Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in MVD/HNI fundraising to continually enhance the organizations approach.

20. Building & setting up a School fundraising vertical

21. Planning & strategy to start the entire school fundraising segment

ELIGIBILITY

• Graduate/ Post Graduate
• 4-5 Years of relevant experience in Donor service
• Excellent English communication skills with demonstrated ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with them.
• Highly performance-oriented and ability to work in a team.
• Energy and drive to inspire people
• Public Speaking skills
