Donor Service Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Positively engage with donors, motivating them to support UNICEF by donating on a long-term monthly basis.
- Make outbound calls to engage donors who were unable to complete the donation process on digital organic channels and assist them in completing the donation process.
- Ensure a memorable donor onboarding experience by utilizing a customer-centric approach.
- Assist customers through chat processes. Engage with existing donors through various calls to gain insights, leading to improved donor engagement.
- Accurately register donor requests in the CRM, ensuring correct dispositions and maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the donor database by updating donor information correctly.
- Any other ad hoc donor communication, including visiting /meeting donors and related tasks.

**Language Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills are mandatory. Knowledge of local language, especially Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam, will be an asset.

**Working Days and Timings**:
Monday to Saturday - 9:30 AM-6:00 PM

**Contractual role**:
Employees will be on the payroll of **PERSOLKELLY**, our HR partner. Initially, there will be a **3-month** contract(probationary period) and an annual renewable contract after the first 3 months.

**Covid Vaccination: 2 doses(mandatory)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
