
Unicef- Delhi- Telesales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Dialed outbound calls to prospective donors or supporters, provide them the required information about the campaign and donation process and ensure to convert the prospect to an opportunity (Pledges/ Follow ups/ Closures) thereby achieving financial goals and KPIs.
- Positively engaging with the donors and motivating them to support UNICEF by continuing to donate on along-term monthly basis.
- Raising awareness of UNICEF’s work with children around the world and our advocacy and programmework around India.
- Collect all the donor information and other relevant data for processing the donations and donor communications.
- Convincing the donors to maintain a minimum balance every month and continue their long-term support
- Suggesting solutions based on donor’s needs and requirements.
- Ensure that all communication is conducted in a professional and courteous manner, and that all donors or supporters are treated with respect and consideration.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with donors or supporters over the phone.
- Practical understanding of tele calling fundraising /sales techniques.
- Cultural and other sensitivities - the ability to provide information verbally clearly and effectively
Excellent telephone etiquette, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
- Proficiency in English is a must, with proficiency in the respective local language being an additional asset, and proficiency in regional languages being the best asset.
Language Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, proficiency in any one vernacular (Punjabi, Telegu, Tamil, Malayalam or Kannada) will be an added advantage.
