**Sales Delivery**:
Minimum 100 out-bound dialing among potential customers through the daily call for items and service selling.
Maintain close leads to make sure of interaction with a customer is occurring
Organization of pipes among prospects and tracking on interaction and also all information are recorded at CRM
**Needs of Clients**:
Study requirements of a client. Ask questionnaires with their active listening.
Develop Solution for them on their Requirement
Satisfaction Increase from their end.Performance Tracker
Achieve and surpass daily and monthly sales targets set by management.
Get customer feedback to better your service delivery and your products.
**Collaboration and Teamwork**:
Maintain a close relationship with coworkers in sharing insights, strategies, and best practices.
Attend team meetings to share and discuss performance metrics, problems, and opportunities to grow.
**Quality Assurance**:
Adhere to all sales practices' regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
**Experience**:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in finance or insurance.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or any other related field.
**Sales Acumen**
Strong sales skills with a proven history of achieving or exceeding targets
Good verbal communication skills, such that the customer will engage
Proficient use of CRM software and other tools to track performance.
**Personal Qualities**:
Creative thinker who can develop innovative solutions that would cater to the requirements of the customers.
Strong critical mindset which can analyze situations and bring proper decisions.
Motivated and result-oriented person with a positive attitude.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
