We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Executives to join our team. The role involves engaging with potential customers, explaining various health insurance options, and generating leads. **Job Details**
- **Shift Timings**: 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- **Week Off**: Sunday
- **Half-Day**: Saturday

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to health insurance services.
- Explain various health insurance options and help customers understand the benefits.
- Identify customer needs and generate potential sales leads.
- Use a structured script to provide accurate information and handle customer queries.
- Persuade customers to consider the services based on their needs and budget.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads generated.
- Strive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 6 months to 1 year of international outbound sales experience (Exceptions can be considered).
- Previous experience as a Telesales Executive, Telemarketer, or in lead generation is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional certification in Sales or Marketing is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
