**Content Writer Role & Responsibilities**:

- Research and write engaging articles, blog posts, social media content, product descriptions, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure content is aligned with brand voice and messaging.
- Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and accuracy.
- Stay updated on industry trends and topics to create relevant content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support content strategy and campaigns.

**Customer Service Role & Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound customer calls & chat from international clients.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and quality targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
