Reports to: Digital Marketing Manager

About Us:
NextGen global services.pvt.ltd is a leading Digital marketing organization seeking an experienced SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team.

Job Summary:
We're looking for a skilled SEO Executive to develop and implement effective search engine optimization strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and increase brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant terms and phrases for optimization.

2. On-Page Optimization: Optimize website elements, such as meta tags, titles, descriptions, headings, and content, to improve search engine rankings.

3. Technical SEO: Analyze and improve website technical aspects, including site speed, mobile responsiveness, XML sitemaps, and schema markup.

4. Link Building: Develop and execute link building strategies to increase high-quality backlinks and improve website authority.

5. Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, engaging, and optimized content.

6. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush, providing regular reports and recommendations.

7. Stay Up-to-Date: Keep current with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related field.

3. Skills:

- Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
- Excellent understanding of SEO principles, algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

4. Certifications: Google Analytics certification, HubSpot certification, or similar certifications are a plus.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
