As a Retail Sales Assistant at Lusso Lifestyle, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, representing our brand’s values, and driving sales. You will assist customers with their inquiries, guide them in choosing the right products, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, offering assistance and product knowledge to help them make informed decisions.
- Sales: Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and upselling Lusso Lifestyle’s men’s vegan luxury footwear.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest collections, be able to explain features, benefits, and care instructions.
- Store Presentation: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, ensuring all products are displayed in line with Lusso Lifestyle’s brand standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock control, including restocking items, organizing displays, and participating in regular stock takes.
- Point of Sale (POS) Management: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to create a positive and efficient work environment, contributing to the store’s overall performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience in retail or customer service.
- Passion for fashion and an understanding of the luxury footwear market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during peak sales periods.
- Basic understanding of POS systems and cash handling.
