Responsibilities:
1. Design and deliver specialized mathematics courses aimed at preparing students for NTSE and Mathematics Olympiads.

2. Develop a comprehensive curriculum that covers the required topics and provides an in-depth understanding of mathematical concepts.

3. Create and implement lesson plans, practice exercises, and assessments specifically tailored to the NTSE and Olympiad syllabus.

4. Teach advanced mathematical concepts and problem-solving techniques relevant to competitive exams.

5. Conduct regular practice tests and mock exams to assess students' progress and identify areas for improvement.

6. Provide individualized coaching and guidance to students, addressing their specific needs and challenges.

7. Foster a competitive and stimulating learning environment that encourages critical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

8. Stay updated with the latest trends, exam patterns, and question formats of NTSE and Olympiad exams.

9. Track and analyze students' performance data to identify strengths and weaknesses, and develop strategies for improvement.

10. Collaborate with other faculty members to share best practices, develop study materials, and conduct training sessions.

Qualifications:
1. A bachelor's/master's degree or higher in Mathematics or a related field.

2. In-depth knowledge of the NTSE and Olympiad syllabus, exam patterns, and question types.

3. Previous teaching experience in coaching or mentoring students for NTSE, Mathematics Olympiads, or similar competitive exams.

4. Strong expertise in advanced mathematics topics, problem-solving techniques, and logical reasoning.

5. Familiarity with the resources and reference materials commonly used for NTSE and Olympiad preparation.

6. Excellent communication skills to effectively explain complex mathematical concepts and guide students through problem-solving strategies.

7. Passion for mathematics and a genuine interest in nurturing young talent and preparing them for academic competitions.

8. Patience, adaptability, and the ability to motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential.

9. Proficiency in using educational technology, online learning platforms, and mathematical software for interactive teaching and assessment.

10. Strong organizational skills to manage course materials, track students' progress, and provide timely feedback.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
