Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver lectures on Management, HR, and Finance topics.
  • Conduct Personality Development sessions on communication skills, confidence building, interview preparation, and professional etiquette.
  • Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and assessments as per syllabus.
  • Monitor and evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Organize seminars, workshops, and interactive sessions for student grooming.
  • Maintain academic discipline and motivate students towards learning and performance.
  • Coordinate with the academic team for curriculum planning and implementation.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong subject knowledge in HR and Finance.
  • Ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Good organizational and mentoring skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching tools.
