Maharana Pratap Group of Institutions is looking for **Assistant/Associate Professor**who is expert in the field of HR/Finance/Marketing. The assistant professor’s responsibilities include teaching a requisite number of classes, providing guidance and supervision to graduate students, participating in departmental meetings, and providing academic support to Professors and other faculty members. You should be able to pace your lessons and publish articles regularly.

**Assistant Professor Job Duties**
An Assistant Professor’s responsibilities will include:

- To contribute to existing undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in the area of Human Resource Management & Employment Relations in the Department of Organisation, Work and Technology through lecturing, tutorials, assessment, masters and doctoral supervision, and routine administration.
- To contribute where appropriate to other Management School programs (e.g. teaching Management School modules, supervision of postgraduate dissertations for MSc in Management or MBA projects).
- To contribute to the development, where appropriate, of new or revised courses and teaching modules in terms of structure, forms of delivery, methods of assessment, etc.
- To develop a research program leading to publications in respected academic journals and other appropriate forms of research output.
- To identify and secure funding sources for research and/or for the development of related team initiatives.
- To engage with relevant stakeholders outside of the university, for example through executive education or through the activities of the Work Foundation
- Provide sabbatical cover for other academics’ teaching where necessary.
- To undertake any other duties (including administrative duties) as may be directed by the Head of the Department of Organisation, Work & Technology, as commensurate with the grade of the post.
- To participate in the life and work of the department, school and the university.

**Educational Qualification -**
- Qualified MBA.
- Teaching experience in a university setting.
- Published works would be advantageous.
- Strong analytical, observational, and problem-solving skills.
- A good record of attending conferences and academic events.
- Excellent research, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for teaching and engaging with students.
- Patience, understanding, and willingness to help.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience at any academic level.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
