Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver specialized chemistry courses aimed at preparing students for NTSE and Chemistry Olympiads.

2. Design a comprehensive curriculum that covers the required topics and provides a strong foundation in chemistry concepts.

4. Teach advanced chemistry topics and theories relevant to competitive exams, including organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, physical chemistry, and analytical chemistry.

5. Conduct regular practice tests and mock exams to assess students' understanding and identify areas for improvement.

6. Provide individualized coaching and guidance to students, addressing their specific learning needs and challenges.

7. Foster a challenging and stimulating learning environment that encourages critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and experimental skills.

8. Stay updated with the latest trends, exam patterns, and question formats of NTSE and Olympiad exams in chemistry.

9. Analyze students' performance data to track progress, identify strengths and weaknesses, and develop personalized improvement strategies.

10. Collaborate with other faculty members to share best practices, develop study materials, and conduct training sessions.

Qualifications:
1. A bachelor's/master's degree or higher in Chemistry or a related field.

2. In-depth knowledge of the NTSE and Olympiad syllabus for chemistry, including the specific topics and question patterns.

3. Previous teaching experience in coaching or mentoring students for NTSE, Chemistry Olympiads, or similar competitive exams.

4. Strong expertise in advanced chemistry concepts and theories, including organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, physical chemistry, and analytical chemistry.

5. Familiarity with the resources and reference materials commonly used for NTSE and Olympiad preparation in chemistry.

6. Excellent communication skills to effectively explain complex chemistry concepts and guide students through problem-solving techniques.

7. Passion for chemistry and a genuine interest in nurturing young talent and preparing them for academic competitions.

8. Patience, adaptability, and the ability to motivate and inspire students to develop a deep understanding of chemistry principles.

9. Proficiency in using educational technology, online learning platforms, and simulation software for interactive teaching and assessment.

10. Strong organizational skills to manage course materials, track students' progress, and provide timely feedback.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
