We were established in 1998, providing primarily a certification and legalisation service to exporters. We provide our clients with a complete export documentation service for both commercial and legal documents.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming & directing them appropriately.
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Receiving and sorting daily mails.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
- Receive, sort and distribute daily deliveries/couriers.
- Preparing all the commercial and exporter related documents for legalisation.
