We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term relationships with customers for our product Munjings Peanut Candy.

**Responsibilities**:
Identify potential customers and develop sales strategies to meet sales targets

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers

Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing the deal

Build and maintain relationships with customers, including follow-up communication and providing excellent customer service

Collaborate with other teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure customer needs are met

Attend industry events and conferences to promote company products and services

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' products and services

Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Flexible shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manjeri, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cold calling: 1 year (preferred)
