**Responsibilities**:

- **Review Legal Documents**: Conduct thorough reviews of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, leases, and regulatory filings, to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards and requirements.
- **Legal Analysis**: Analyze legal documents to identify potential risks, discrepancies, and legal issues that may affect the organization's interests or obligations.
- **Due Diligence**: Perform due diligence activities related to mergers, acquisitions, investments, and other business transactions, including reviewing due diligence reports and supporting documentation.
- **Compliance Monitoring**: Monitor legal and regulatory compliance by reviewing and updating internal policies, procedures, and practices to ensure adherence to laws and industry regulations.
- **Risk Management**: Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks associated with contracts, agreements, and business activities, and provide recommendations to senior management or legal counsel.
- **Documentation Management**: Maintain organized and accurate records of legal documents, correspondence, and related materials, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- **Legal Research**: Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents to support legal arguments, interpretations, and decision-making.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal legal teams, external counsel, and other stakeholders to address legal issues, negotiate terms, and resolve disputes effectively.
- **Communication**: Communicate legal findings, recommendations, and strategies clearly and effectively to clients, colleagues, and management, both orally and in writing.
- **Training and Guidance**: Provide training, guidance, and support to junior legal staff or team members on document review processes, legal standards, and best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per month
