**Job Summary**:
We are in search of a seasoned Customer Support Executive experienced in outbound sales within the U.S. market. The role involves not just customer service but primarily focuses on sales activities. Performance-based incentives are a significant part of the compensation structure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Outbound Sales: Conduct outbound calls targeting potential customers, focusing on sales targets in the U.S. market.
- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving queries and addressing issues effectively.
- Shift Management: Willingness to work in rotating shifts covering the US/UK/Australia time zones.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English (English Medium Primary Education preferred).

**Experience**:

- A minimum of 1 to 2 years in a U.S. outbound sales process is mandatory.

**Skills**:

- Communication: Excellent soft language skills, having undergone Voice and Accent Neutralization (VNA) training.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Excel and prior experience working with a CRM are essential.
- Shift Flexibility: Ability to work in rotating shifts for the US/UK markets.

**Location Requirements**:
Location: Must be located in Navi Mumbai

Pay: Up to ₹30,000 per month
