**Job Description: Customer Support Executive (BPO)**
**Location**: Navi Mumbai
**Experience**: 0.6 - 3 Years (Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply)

**Work Type**: Full-time | Rotational Shifts | Work from Office
**Role Overview**:
We are hiring **Customer Support Executives** for our dynamic BPO team. In this role, you will handle customer queries, provide solutions, and ensure a great experience for customers through voice or chat support.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Interact with customers to resolve their queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone during all interactions.
- Keep detailed records of customer conversations and feedback.
- Follow processes and achieve daily targets for query resolution and quality.
- Collaborate with the team to improve service delivery.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer service role (BPO experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
