**1. Lead Generation & Sales**
- Call potential customers and introduce the company's products/services.
- Follow up on leads received from marketing campaigns.
- Convert inquiries into sales by explaining benefits and addressing objections.
**2. Customer Interaction**
- Maintain a polite and professional tone while communicating.
- Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Answer queries regarding products, pricing, and offers.
**3. Data Management & Reporting**
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and responses.
- Update CRM or internal databases with customer interactions.
- Provide regular feedback to the sales and marketing team.
**4. Follow-up & Relationship Building**
- Regularly follow up with potential customers to close deals.
- Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate to the relevant department.
**5. Targets & Performance**
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
**Skills Required**:
Strong communication & persuasion skills
Basic computer & CRM software knowledge
Ability to handle objections and negotiate
Customer-focused approach
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
