**Job Description: Sales Executive - Water Treatment Process**
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Business Development**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the water treatment industry.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients in industrial, commercial, and municipal sectors.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- **Technical Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on water treatment processes, technologies, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand product offerings and provide accurate solutions to clients.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts.
- Prepare regular sales reports to track progress and share insights with the management team.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- Proven experience (0-4 years) in sales, preferably in water treatment or related industries.
- **Skills**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Other Requirements**:
- Willingness to travel to client sites and trade shows as needed.
- Valid driver’s license.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
