**Responsibilites-**
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Marketing Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute marketing plans to promote glass products to target customers, including architects, builders, contractors, and businesses. Plan and implement campaigns across digital and traditional channels to drive brand visibility and generate leads.**
**2. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities. Analyze market data to develop insights and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.**
**4. Digital Marketing: Manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging content aligned with the brand. Optimize website content and implement SEO strategies to enhance online visibility. Run targeted online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.) to reach the right audience.**
**5. Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events. Organize promotional events and product launches to engage customers and stakeholders.**
**6. Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals. Communicate effectively with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.**
**7. Reporting and ROI Analysis: Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations for improving future campaigns based on performance metrics.**
**Qualification:.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.**
**Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the glass industry or related sectors (construction, manufacturing, building materials).**
**Strong understanding of marketing principles, tools, and platforms (digital and traditional).**
**Proficiency in graphic design software, content management systems, and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).**
**Excellent communication and presentation skills.**
**Expected salary: Rs 20000-25000.**
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
