Job description
- Previous experience in a customer support role/Client support role.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening and Overseeing the client service process.
- Collaborating with management on achieving goals and Support the team with other responsibilities as required.
- Primary languages **:English, Malayalam** **(mandatory) - Hindi (Preferable).**:

- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- BPO, Call Centre experience is required.
- No sales or targets.
- Preference - Immediate Joiners
- Work From Office.
- Minimum 6 months experience is required

The client support / service executive is mostly responsible for attending to **clients needs and requirments** to the best of their ability.
