Client Support Executive

**Duties and Responsibilities:
- **
- Building and maintaining good relationships with key customers.
- Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Gather status information from various departmental teams and quickly convey them to clients.
- Verify and gather the appropriate documentation from clients in accordance with the company's criteria.
- Maintaining professional contact through Chat/E-mail while representing the firm is important
**Requirements**:
- UG in Commerce Background required
- Understanding of Company Legal Documents
- Fluency in English & Malayalam required.
- Immediate Joiners preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
