**Job Title:Support Coordinator**
**Job Summary**:
The Support Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting both the business analyst and project management as well as marketing and client handling activities within the organization. This position requires a proactive, highly organized individual who can efficiently balance a variety of tasks, including client communication, resource allocation, documentation, and marketing activities, to support the seamless execution of projects and marketing initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Support for Business Analyst and Project Management:
- Assist in analyzing client requirements to understand the scope of work.
- Help in planning, allocating work to the team, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards within budget and timelines.
- Support in continuous project monitoring and updates to ensure client satisfaction.
2. Client Handling Support:
- Assist in addressing client concerns, providing timely solutions, and fostering trust for long-lasting collaborations.
- Help maintain client relationships through regular communication, updates, and support.
3. Resource Allocation Assistance:
- Support in assigning tasks and resources based on project needs, budget, and timelines.
- Assist in ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve project milestones.
4. Team Handling Support:
- Facilitate clear communication of client requirements to the team.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful project completion and support post-closure activities.
5. Documentation and Meeting Coordination:
- Assist in creating and maintaining client folders, recording meetings, and managing formal engagement documents.
6. Zoom Handling and Virtual Work Monitoring:
- Support in managing Zoom meetings, admitting participants, and monitoring remote work to ensure productivity and project completion.
7. Marketing Activities Support:
- Engage in marketing communications, such as WhatsApp messaging and direct client calls.
- Assist in the creation of marketing content and the organization of promotional events.
- Support sales strategies by aiding in initial meetings with new clients, understanding their requirements, and guiding the team in preparing demos aligned with client visions.
- Contribute to maintaining client relationships through effective follow-ups, ensuring project completion and timely payments.
8. Client Follow-Ups:
- Help in following up with clients for project closures and payments to ensure client satisfaction and financial health of projects.
9. Administration and Decision Support:
- Participate in administrative discussions, providing feedback and suggestions.
- Assist in planning and executing workflows based on management priorities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Proficiency in Ms office is an advantage.
