OPERATION CORDINATOR

LOCATION : ERNAKULAM

INDUSTRY : BUILDING MATERIAL

SALARY : 15K + INCENTIVE ( ACCOMADATION PROVIDED FOR OUTSTATION CANDIDATES)

EDUCATION : ANY DEGREE

EXPERIENCE : 1-2 YEAR IN HANDLING CUSTOMER ENQUIRIES/ TELECALLING

TAMIL AND ENGLISH FLUENCY MUST

Role - To attend the enquiries, segreagate the calls / leads, assign to field and check the progress and CRM updation. Channel coordination and supporting the sales team with backend support and effective sales process implementation

**Responsibilities**

1.attending the calls and update the CRM software

2.segregation of the calls - aligning with sales team, coordination and support on the lead calls

3. channel coordination - distribution partner coordination and support

4. layers meeting coordination and arranging the meeting by outcalling and arranging the layer meeting

5. Support on the dispatch and coordination with customers / dealers

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
