Summary:
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team. This includes managing the sales pipeline, scheduling appointments, preparing proposals, and tracking sales activity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Qualify leads and determine their interest in the company's products or services
- Manage the sales pipeline and track the progress of leads
- Schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Prepare proposals and presentations.
- Track sales activity and report to the sales manager.
- Maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and customers.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
