**Role Summary**: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a **Customer Support Executive**. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer complaints, process returns/exchanges, and handle order tracking issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to the team for service improvements.
- Assist in managing customer reviews and fostering positive brand interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely resolution of issues and optimize customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Freshers are welcome to apply Prior experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in any additional language, such as Hindi, is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Basic familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
