**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Investigation of Title which would include reviewing title documents, flow of document transaction and liasioning with Bank empanelled advocates.
- Preparing summary legal report
- Liaising with banks and clients to obtain necessary documents and information
- Conduct thorough review and analysis of client documents, including review and
- analysis of Title Search Report, Property Documents, etc to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Liaising with partner banks to understand their specific requirements and procedures.
- Reviewing loan documents and contracts to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
- Coordinating with internal teams to expedite the loan approval process and resolve any legal or documentation issues
- Serving as the primary point of contact between clients and banks, facilitating communication and addressing any concerns or queries related to legal part of the property.
- Ensure RERA compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for RERA.
- Provide assistance in any other legal assignments.

- Should have past experience in real estate firm
- Should know RERA rules and regulations
- Should be able to complete task in a time bound manner
- Should be able to coordinate with Bank Authorities to draft our reply on Matter
- Should be able to coordinate with lawyers and brief the management regarding ongoing projects.

**Job Type**: Full-time or part-time

**Pay**: 30 to 40k per month

**Education**:LLB
