**The role**

The Servicemax Architect would be responsible for driving architecture & design for Field Service implementations on Servicemax platform. This role would need to bring in the best practices of Field Service domain & Servicemax platform to the

**What you will do**

Bring in Field Service Management best practices for different customer domains (For example - manufacturing)
- Bring in best practices for Servicemax implementation & rollouts.
- Drive scoping discussions with customer for Field Service Management functionalities.
- Create Architecture Blueprint & High-level Solution design for implementations.
- Liaise with Design Authority/Architecture Review Board on Customer side, to present architecture and drive approvals.
- Create Feature Roadmap for Field Service Mgmt. functionalities.
- Perform fit-gap analysis across different Field Service mgmt. solutions and come up with product recommendations.
- Configure/develop complex Servicemax functionalities and also guide development team on the implementation.

**Who are we looking for**
- ServiceMax implementation knowledge with 10+ years of designing and developing experience.
- In-depth understanding of SFDC Service Cloud and Service Max
- Prior experience on Manufacturing domain.
- Should have experience in working in an Agile Development model.
- ServiceMax Certified professional.
