**Company Overview**:
We are a reputed interior design and execution firm based in Mumbai, specializing in high-end residential, commercial, and turnkey interior projects. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal design teams for timely execution.
- Maintain and monitor project timelines, progress reports, and site documentation.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues or discrepancies in execution.
- Ensure availability and timely delivery of materials at the site.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards at the site.
- Take measurements and verify accuracy with design layouts and drawings.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the project manager or senior management.

**Job Expectations**:
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience working as a Site Supervisor in interior design or fit-out firms.
- Diploma in Interior Design or Civil Engineering preferred.
- Basic technical knowledge of interior works such as carpentry, false ceiling, electricals, plumbing, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and design layouts.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.

**Minimum Qualification**: Diploma in Interior Design or Civil Engineering preferred.

**Minimum Job Experience**: 2-3 years of experience

**Reporting to**: HOD
