**Role Overview**:
An **Interior Site Supervisor** is responsible for overseeing and managing the on-site execution of interior design projects. The role involves coordinating with contractors, vendors, and the design team to ensure that the work is carried out according to the approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and within the project timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Project Supervision**:

- Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring that all work is carried out as per the design specifications and quality standards.
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure tasks are completed according to the project schedule.
- **Coordination with Design Team**:

- Work closely with interior designers, architects, and engineers to understand design intent and resolve any issues on-site.
- Interpret and communicate design drawings, plans, and specifications to the on-site team.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect the quality of work being carried out and ensure it meets the required standards.
- Identify and rectify any defects or deviations from the approved design.
- **Progress Monitoring**:

- Monitor the progress of the work and ensure that the project is on schedule.
- Report regularly to the project manager or design team on the progress of the site and any challenges faced.
- **Material Management**:

- Coordinate the delivery of materials and ensure that they meet the required quality and specifications.
- Manage inventory and storage of materials on-site, preventing wastage.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on-site, minimizing risks to workers and others present.
- Conduct safety briefings and inspections to enforce compliance with safety regulations.
- **Problem-Solving**:

- Address any on-site issues that arise, including design changes, unforeseen challenges, or technical difficulties.
- Liaise with contractors and design teams to resolve conflicts effectively.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate site records, including daily progress reports, attendance records, and material usage.
- Ensure all changes and deviations are properly documented and communicated to the relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- **Education**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 3-5 years of experience in supervising interior design or construction projects.
- Previous experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
- Proficiency in project management software is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
