Site Supervisor

**Job Summary**: Trivie Interiors, a renowned interior designing firm, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to manage and oversee interior design projects. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating site activities, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high-quality standards. The role also involves documenting and reporting on-site progress with precision and clarity.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**(A) Site Management**:
1. Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is carried out according to design plans and deadlines.

2. Coordinate the efforts of contractors, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure smooth execution of tasks.

3. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized site environment, adhering to all safety and quality protocols.

**(B) Labour Management**:
1. Maintain accurate labor records, including attendance, hours worked, and tasks completed.

2. Ensure efficient labor allocation to various tasks based on site requirements and project timelines.

**(C) Reporting and Documentation**:
1. Submit detailed daily reports on site progress, including labor activities, milestones achieved, and any issues encountered.

2. Provide daily site reports with photographs documenting the work done and the quality of the work completed for that day.

3. Maintain a progress bar to track and visually represent project completion status.

4. Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing material stock, site progress, and project updates.

5. Document any delays, issues, or risks that may affect the project schedule, and propose potential solutions.

**(D) Material Management**:
1. Maintain accurate inward and outward registers for all materials delivered to and removed from the site.

2. Submit weekly and monthly material stock statements to ensure that inventory levels are accurate.

3. Ensure all materials are received with valid challans, and materials without challans are not accepted on-site.

4. Reconcile materials ordered and used onsite by preparing a detailed reconciliation statement.

**(E) Quality Control**:
1. Ensure that all work done on-site meets Trivie Interiors' high-quality standards.

2. Conduct regular quality checks on completed tasks, providing feedback to site workers and contractors to ensure continuous improvement.

**(F) Travel**:
1. Be prepared to travel to project sites outside Mumbai as required, with travel and accommodation arranged by the company.

2. Ensure efficient site supervision and management for projects at remote locations.

**(G) Safety and Compliance**:
1. Ensure all safety guidelines are followed, and the site complies with local regulations and company policies.

2. Conduct site inspections to identify and address any potential safety hazards.

**(H) Communication**:
1. Act as the primary point of contact between the site team and the Management.

2. Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations.

**(I) Qualifications**:
1. **Educational Background**: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Graduates from other streams with similar experience too can apply.

2. **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in site supervision or a related role within the interior design or construction industry.

**Additional Requirements**:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).

2. Proactive and problem-solving mindset.

3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.

4. Flexibility to work extended hours when required to meet deadlines.

5. Ability to handle site challenges and adapt to changing project requirements.

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Site Supervising: 3 years (required)
