We are a growing interior design firm delivering stylish, functional, and quality spaces. We’re looking for a dedicated **Site Supervisor** to oversee project execution and bring our designs to life with excellence and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for interior design and fit-out projects.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Manage and monitor site workforce including contractors, vendors, and labor teams.
- Maintain quality control and ensure safety compliance at the site.
- Track project progress and report updates to the project manager and management team.
- Coordinate material deliveries, check quality, and manage site inventory.
- Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions promptly.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks within allocated budgets.
- Liaise with clients, designers, and vendors for smooth execution.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1+ years of site supervision experience in interior projects (residential & commercial).
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, POP, electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, or related field preferred.
- Must be flexible to travel to different sites across the city.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
