**Job summary**
The Junior Interior Site Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day site operations for interior projects, ensuring quality standards and project timelines are met. This role is pivotal in coordinating between the design team and on-site workers to implement interior designs effectively in an industrial setting.
Key Responsibilities
- **Site Supervision**: Monitor daily site activities and ensure they align with project plans and schedules, maintaining high standards of workmanship.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to interior design specifications and quality standards.
- **Coordination**: Liaise between the design team, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and project execution.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure all site activities comply with safety regulations and procedures, promoting a safe work environment.
- **Progress Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, highlighting any issues or deviations from the plan.
- **Software Proficiency**: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max
Key Requirements
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the interior design or construction industry.
- **Education**:Bachelor's degree in Interior Design (BID)** or a related field.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Strong understanding of interior design principles and project management.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
